SignsTimepieces is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. In plain language, your information is 100% secure with us. We don't share any information that may identify you with anyone. Period. We also don't store your credit card number, which means once you have conducted your transaction, your credit card number is deleted from our servers.
Payment
We accept payments through Visa/Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and bank wire transfers. All funds must be verified before we will ship items sold.
Warranty (Certificate of Authenticity)
All watches sold by SignS-watches are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition, and free from defects for a period of at least one year.
While the incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. SignsTimepieces is an authorized agent and all watch repairs or replacements will be handled by the watch manufacturers for a 100% customer satisfaction.
In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement. However, in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, SignsTimepieces reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or by SignsTimepieces.
Shipping & Insurance
We ship all packages via National delivery service free of cost. We pack the watches in their new original box with foam protection. We take every measure possible to ensure that your watch with box arrives in the best possible condition in a timely manner. All shipments have an insurance against loss or damage during shipment.
Return Policy & Exchanges (Refunds)
Watches can be returned within 14 days for a refund, as long as they are unworn, undamaged and complete with all package materials in the same condition as you received it (brand new). All returns are subject to a shipping fee. Creditcard transaction costs can't be refunded.
Watches that have been worn cannot be returned.
Cancellations
You can always cancel your order, unless your order has already bin shipped out. Have you made a payment to us after your order, then we charge 5% administration costs for the refund of your payment. These costs are only charged if you personally cancel the order. Administration costs are not charged if we can’t deliver the order within one (1) month after receiving payment.
International Shipping
We ship all packages via National delivery service free of cost. All shipments have an insurance against loss or damage during shipment.
Please be advised that when receiving shipments from outside your own country, you will be charged a duty and/or tax for the import of the watch. This amount varies from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for the percentage.
